WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit IX, which
includes Monterrey Drive from the south lot line of Lot 1, Block 17,to
the south lot line of Lot 17, Block 17, and Brandywine Drive from the
south lot line of Lot 17, Block 13 to the south lot line of Lot 29, Block
13, have completed the water, sanitary sewer,storm sewers and pavement
improvements serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is
desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements qual-
ify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by
the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Dowlen West Addition, Unit IX, as above described, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be contin-
uously maintained by the said City.
