BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:;
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign a
license agreement authorizing The Texas Pipe Line Company to lay
one (1) six inch (6"), and one (1) eight inch (8") pipe line cross-
ing Frint Road, said point of crossing located 2,771 feet east along
the centerline of Frint Road from the intersection of Frint Road and
LaBelle Road, the distance of crossing being 54 feet; and, that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said license agreement
and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
