R E S 0' L' U T' I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of a service
monitor for the Building Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, Motorola, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of Four
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -Nine and No/100 ($4,459.00) Dollars for
the service monitor for the Building Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council -is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Motorola, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be ac-
cepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Motorola, Inc. in the amount of $4,459.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said service monitor upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
