R E S O L U T 1'0 N
WHEREAS_, only one bid was received for the furnishing of a
microfilm/printer for the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, 3M Microfilm Division submitted this bid in the
amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty -One and No/100 ($3,181.00)
Dollars for the microfilm/printer for the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by 3M Microfilm Division is the only bid received and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of 3M Microfilm Division in the amount of $3,181.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said microfilm/printer upon
acceptable delivery and/or installation.
