BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
designated to be the City official whose signature is to appear on
all documents concerning Environmental Protection Agency Grant #C-
48-1254-01-0, which is the construction of the Wastewater Treatment
Works for the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
