,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue a permit to drill
and operate an oil and/or gas well to Vision Energy Corporation, sub-
ject to the provision by Vision Energy Corporation of sufficient off-
street parking, for all vehicles used at the drill site, said well to
be located as follows: "Near the Southern Pacific track fronting on
Laurel Street to the north of Park Street to the east at the site of
the old Southern Pacific depot"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that insurance shall be provided the
City of Beaumont as set out in the ordinances of the City of Beaumont
by Vision Energy Corporation at a minimum of'One Million and No/100
($1,000,000) Dollars per occurrence for personal injury and property
damage; and
BE 'IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond for said oil and/or gas
well is hereby set at Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00)
Dollars.
