BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to make settle-
ment of a claim of the City of Beaumont against David Dean Haskett
whose car collided with the rear of a police automobile on November 15,
1974, this settlement to be in the amount of $3,000.00, plus ten per
cent (10%) interest, making the payments of approximately One Hundred
and No/100 ($100.00),Dollars per month, for thirty-five (35) months.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
