WHEREAS, under the Assessment Paving Program of the City of
Beaumont, the Public Works Department has recommended that Nathan
Street, Audree Street, Robinson Street, Bowen Drive, Perth Place,
Karlette Lane and Liggitt Street through Blocks 1-11, Home Addition,
be paved under the Assessment Paving Program as Assessment Paving Pro-
ject No. 7; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont is of the
opinion that this recommendation should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the recommendation by the Public Works Department that Nathan
Street, Audree Street, Robinson Street, Bowen Drive, Perth Place,
Karlette Lane and Liggitt Street through Blocks 1-11, Home Addition
be paved under the Assessment Paving Program, is hereby approved and
the Engineering Dep artment.is hereby directed to prepare plans, speci-
fications, and cost estimates with reference to this.project for pre-
sentation to the City Council.
