WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Trotti & Thomson executed a
certain contract on the 16 day of April, 1974, for the construction of
Washington Boulevard, CIP Project No. 11 -ST -03, at a total contract
price of $723,915.50; and,
WHEREAS, the work was completed in 138 of the 200 days allowed
time, which is 630 of the allowed time; and,
WHEREAS, the actual cost of the work was $721,289.29; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and has recom-
mended its acceptance and final payment in the amount of $91,123.49 to
be made to the contractor based on actual work performed;
NOW, THEREFORE,'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
mentioned contract in all particulars and does further authorize the
final payment of $91,123.49 to the said contractor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
