R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Beaumont, Ken Ritter, be and he is hereby,
authorized to execute the cover sheet of the Texas Highway Department
plans for the installation of a grade crossing protection device at the
intersection of Railroad Avenue and Franklin Street, the cost of the in-
stallation to be borne by the State of Texas and the railroad company.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
