BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to exe-
cute an amendment to a contract heretofore entered into between the
City of Beaumont and C. A. Kohler, Consulting Engineer, for engineer-
ing services on the Transit Maintenance Facility site.
