WHEREAS, professional soils investigation work is necessary
at the City of Beaumont Transit Maintenance Facility, being CAP Pro-
ject No. 45 -TS -01; and,
WHEREAS,,the City Council of the.City of Beaumont has deter-
mined that this work should be done by Southwestern Laboratories;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Southwestern Laboratories is hereby authorized to do soils inves-
tigation work at the City of Beaumont Transit Maintenance Facility
CAP Project No. 45-T-01 at a maximum compensation of One Thousand Two
Hundred and No/100 ($1,200.00) Dollars.
