BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment out
of the CAP Fund Project No. 45-B-01, to the below -listed architects
for architectural services and reimbursable costs on the Civic Center
Complex:

Gruen Associates, Inc ---------- $6,489.13
Pitts, Phelps & White ----------- $2)751.12
