WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bidssubmitted
by the above-mentioned companies in the above-mentioned amounts are the
lowest and best bids in their respective groups and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids as listed above be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
traffic signal equipment upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
