BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retar-
dation for the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Beaumont
to be able to use baseball diamonds located on a portion of Central
Park which is owned by the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental
Retardation, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said
agreement and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
