R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of ,January, 1975, the City
of Beaumont, Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jef-
ferson County, Texas, one weed lien in the amount of $55.00
including all costs of recording, covering Lot Number FIVE
(5) in Block Number ONE (1) of the Blue Lake Estates Unit
One to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which
said weed lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said
County in Volume 1555 at Page 197; and,
WHEREAS, Sidney L. Segura is the owner of said pro-
perty and desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the monies
represented by said lien and have same released to him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Ken Ritter, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the said Sidney L. Segura a release
of the above described lien, for and in consideration of the
sum aforementioned, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same
and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
