R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of December, 1973, the City
of Beaumont, Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jef-
ferson County, Texas, one paving lien in the amount of
$501.40, including all costs of recording, covering Lot
Number ONE (1) in Block Number THREE (3) of the Fleetwood
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
which said paving lien is recorded in the M & L Records of
said County in Volume 9 at Page 123; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Barbara A. Joseph is the owner of said
property and desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the
monies represented by said paving lien and have same released
to her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ken Ritter, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the said Mrs. Barbara A. Joseph a
release of the above described paving lien, for and in con-
sideration of the sum aforementioned, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
thereto.
