BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to file an
amended application to the United States Department of Housing and
Urban Development for a Comprehensive Planning Assistance Grant in
the amount of Fifty -Five Thousand and No/100 ($55,000.00) Dollars.
