BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City officials are hereby directed to pay to
Kenneth R. Devero six (6) months'salary for consulting services in
the amount of Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Twelve and 09/100
($15,612.09) Dollars, plus all other termination benefits to which
he may be entitled pursuant to existing City Ordinances and policies,
less any appropriate deductions.
