R E S 0 L U T I '0 N
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Devero has resigned as City Manager of
the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the office of City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Howard McDaniel be, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of
Acting City Manager of the City of Beaumont at a salary of Thirty -Two
Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 ($32,400.00) Dollars per annum.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of ,.1975.
