R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1) com-
bination oil field type body for a 30,000 GVW winch truck for the Fleet
Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, Williams Machine Shop submitted a bid in the amount of
Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -Five and 90/100 ($6,375.90). Dollars
for the combination oil field type body for a 30,000 GVW winch truck for
the Fleet Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Williams Machine Shop is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Williams Machine Shop in the amount of $6,375.90 be ac-
cepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said combination oil field type
body for a 30,000 GVW winch truck upon.acceptable delivery.
