BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and.he is hereby,,authorized to
retain Neches Title Company to-do preliminary title work and
to subsequently write title policies at standard statutory
fees for the acquisition of the following tracts of land:
for the downtown civic center and office building complex;
and, for an easement for the Pine Street Interchange water
line relocation, and that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized to affix the Seal.of the City of Beaumont
thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
