WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
Police Citations for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Data_Graphics Business Forms, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred One and 40/100 ($1,301.40)
Dollars for the Police Citations for Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Data Graphics Business Forms, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Data Graphics Business Forms, Inc. in the amount of
$1,301.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said Police Citations
upon acceptable delivery.
