BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT M. L. Lefler, Jr. be retained to appraise all
of the property within Block 54 of the Original Townsite of
Beaumont for the purpose of determining fair market value
of said Block at the per diem rate of $200.00 per day,
but, in any event, not to exceed the sum total of.$1,200.00;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney, or
one of his Assistants be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a letter agreement with M. L. Lefler, Jr. for and
in behalf of the City of Beaumont for said professional
services, a copy of said letteragreement being attached
to this resolution.
