R E S 0'L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, be and he is hereby, autho-
rized to execute a special use permit for ITT Terryphone Corporation
and Rainbo Baking Company to construct an overhead communications
line across the 2600 block of South Street, said line to be installed,
maintained, operated, replaced and removed by ITT Terryphone Corporation
and Rainbo Baking Company according to conditions set forth in said per-
mit.
