R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
easement granting to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company the right to
use property near the existing Water Treatment Plant at the Pine Street
Interchange, said easement being two (21) feet wide adjacent to the
existing east right-of-way line of Pine Street and extending from. the
north frontage road northward sixty (601) feet along Pine Street.
