BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a'
license granting to Gulf States Pipe Line Company the right to con-
struct three (3) eight (8") inch diameter oil pipe lines within a
thirty (3011) inch diameter casing across the City of Beaumont's Weiss
Canal in two (2) locations, one crossing in Jasper County and one
crossing in Orange County, for a total consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred Sixty -Eight and No/100 ($268.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
