R E S O L' U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, only one informal bid was received for the furnishing
of a blueprint duplicating machine for the Water Department; and,.
WHEREAS, Bruning Division, Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation
submitted this bid in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred Thirty -
Nine and No/100 ($1,.139.00) Dollars, freight included, for the blue-
print duplicating machine for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Bruning Division, Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation is the
only bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bruning Division, Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation
in the amount of $1,139.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
blueprint duplicating machine upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
