WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and McCrea Water Tower Maintenance
and Repair Company executed a,certain contract on January 21, 1975, for
the cleaning and painting of the exterior of one ground level water stor-
age tank located at the Loeb Well Pump Station in Hardin County at a total
contract price of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty and No/100
($13,860.00) Dollars; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and recommends
its acceptance in full and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the aforesaid
contract in all particulars and further authorizes final payment of
$13,860.00 to the contractor in accordance with said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
