R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of gym equipment
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, American Athletic Company submitted a bid in the amount
of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($3,250.00) Dollars for
the gym equipment for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by American Athletic Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of American Athletic.Company in the amount of $3,250.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the,appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said gym equipment upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of , 1975.
