BE IT RESOLVED BY THE .CIT.Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF,BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of, V. C. Marino in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty and No/100
($260.00) Dollars for the purchase of the structure at 4620 University
Street is hereby. accepted subject to the removal of the structure in ac-
cordance with the terms of'the bids which were received April 1, 1975,
for the purchase and removal of this structure and others;'and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that.the bid of V. C. Marino in the amount
of Five Hundred Seventy -Five and N6/100 ($575.00) Dollars for the purchase
of the structure at 4650 University Street is hereby accepted subject to
the removal of the structure in accordance with the terms of the bids
which were received April 1, 197.5,. for the purchase_ and removal of this
structure and others; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bid of V. C. Marino in'the amount
of Two Hundred Sixty and No/100 ($260.00),Dollars for the purchase of the
structure at 688 Alabama Street is hereby accepted subject.to the removal
of the structure in accordance with the terms of the bids which were re-
ceived April 1, 1975, for -the purchase and removal of this structure and
others; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bid of Joe Mejia in the amount of
Six Hundred Sixty and No/100 ($660.00) Dollars for the purchase of the,
structure at 790-:792 Caston Street.is hereby accepted subject to the re-
moval of the structure in accordance with the terms of the bids which were
received April 1, 1975, for the purchase and removal of this structure and
others.
