BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Southwestern Bell Telephone Company be granted a license to en-
croach upon the right-of-way of Pearl and Broadway Streets and the
alley between Pearl and Liberty Streets in the city limits of the
city of Beaumont for the purpose of the.installation'of soldier pil-
ings for its building to be constructed at the southeast corner of
Pearl and Broadway Streets.
