BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain the
firm of Wath.en, DeShong and Henderson to audit financial statements
of the Beaumont Transit System for the two (2) preceding years, at a
total cost to the City not to exceed One Thousand and No/100 ($1,000.00)
Dollars, which said audit is a requirement of the application for tran-
sit subsidy assistance.
