BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF.BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be,, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
application to the office of Urban Mass Transportation Administration
and those state agencies whose approval is required under applicable
state and federal law for.a-grant to provide Transit Subsidy Assistance
funds to the City of Beaumont and to file.the City's Program of Projects
required therewith.
