BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement between the State of Texas and the City.of Beaumont for the
installation, construction, existence, use, operation and maintenan.ce
of a highway illumination project at the Pine Street Interchange Pro-
ject in the city of Beaumont, Texas; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certain agreement between the
State of Texas and the City of Beaumont for the installation, construc-
tion, existence, use, operation and maintenance of certain highway illu-
mination located at the Pine Street Interchange Project in the City of
Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, approved; and that the City Manager,.
Kenneth R. Devero, is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on'be-
half of the City of Beaumont and,to transmit the same to the State of
Texas for appropriate action; and that the City Clerk is her autho-
rized to attest to said agreement and to affix the Seal of the City of
Beaumont thereto, a copy of said agreement being.attached hereto and
made a part of this resolution for all purposes.
