R E S 0 L U T I O'N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Shackelford Roofing Company
executed a certain contract on January 7, 1975, for the reroofing of
the Health Department Building at a total contract price of Thirteen
Thousand and No/100 ($13y000.00) Dollars; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and recommends
its acceptance in full and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and further authorizes final payment
of $13,000.00 to the contractor in accordance with said contract.
