RE S O'L'UT'I ON
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the premises
located at or near 4895 Garwood Street in the city of Beaumont is be-
ing used in violation of the zoning ordinance of the City of Beaumont;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the further opinion that the
City should take action to abate said violation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, directed to commence appro-
priate legal proceedings -to abate the zoning violation presently exist-
ing at or near 4895 Garwood Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
