BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to compromise the case of Mildred Badgett vs. City of Beaumont, No.
B-99,584, now pending in the District Court of Jefferson County, Texas,
said suit to be settled for the sum of Two Hundred and No/100 ($200.00)
Dollars, plus costs of court.
