BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed with-
out warranty, heretofore filed by The State of Texas vs. Carrie Gilder,
et al, in Tax Judgment No. E-98,534, in District Court of Jefferson
County, Texas, to Leo White and wife, Charlotte White, for the below -
described property bought for delinquent taxes:
Lot Number Twenty -One (21), in Block"H",
of the Beaumont Heights Addition to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
as per map or plat of said Addition on
file and of record in the office of the
County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas.
