BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT the appropriate City Official (City Manager or his
designee) be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain the firm
of Hall and Hall to.assist the Tax Assessor -Collector in esti-
mating fair market value of the following: Parkdale Mall at
a maximum fee to the City of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
N0./100 ($2,500.00) DOLLARS, Village Shopping Center at a max-
imum fee to the City of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($750.00)
DOLLARS, Gateway Shopping Center at a maximum fee to the City
of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND N0/100 ($2,600.00) DOLLARS,
Gaylynn Shopping Center at a maximum fee -to the City of ONE
THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($1,000.00) DOLLARS, and Stadium Shopping
Center at a maximum fee to the City of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUN-
DRED AND NO/100 ($1,500.00) DOLLARS; be it further RESOLVED
that the said appropriate City Official (City Manager or his
designee) be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into agree-
ments for and in behalf of the City of Beaumont with other
taxing authorities to share the cost of the aforesaid appraisals.
