R E S 0 L U T, I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into an
agreement with Don Streety Enterprises, Inc. to participate in the pav-
ing of the extension of Shakespeare Drive in Dowlen West Addition, Unit
XI, which is under the City's Participation Paving Program; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to
enter into an agreement with Schaumburg F Polk, Inc., Consulting Engi-
neers, to perform the necessary engineering services for the said street
project, and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said.
agreements and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
