R E� S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF;BEAUMONT:
THAT Holloway Sand and Gravel Company be granted a time extension on
CIP Project No. 11 -SU -042, -Contract III -B of the Sanitary Sewer Pro-
ject, from April 15, 1975 to November 1, 1975, because of delivery
delays of equipment for the lift station;- and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Holloway Sand and Gravel Company
be granted a time extension on CIP Project No. 11 -SU -047, Contract
III -G of the Sanitary Sewer Project, from July 14, 1975 to November 1,
1975, because of tunneling work under the canals.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
