WHEREAS, only one bid was received for the furnishing of pipe
for the Athletic Complex Project along Langham Road; and,
WHEREAS, Pyramid Concrete Products Company submitted this bid
in the amount of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 40/100
($11)750.40) Dollars for the pipe for the. Athletic Complex Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Pyramid Concrete Products Company is the only bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pyramid Concrete Products Company in the amount of
$11,750.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate
City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said pipe upon
acceptable delivery and/or installation,
