BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agree-
ment with Murphy J. Conner, Kirk J. Conner and Geraldine Kozun for the
lease of certain properties in the H. P. Savery Survey for the purpose
of removing sand and soil therefrom for us.e in City operations, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said lease agreement and
to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
