WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of a one (1)
year service con -tract on the City of Beaumont's typewriters and dic-
tating equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Precision Office Products submitted a bid in the amount
of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 ($2,800.00) Dollars for the one
year service contract on the City's typewriters and dictating equipment;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Precision Office Products, is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Precision Office Products in the amount of $2,800.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the.appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said service contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
