BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to take the
necessary action to settle the case of John Read vs'. t'h'e' City of
Beaumont, No. A-99,459, for the amount of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND N0/100 ($1,500.00) DOLLARS plus costs of court.
