BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed with-
out warranty conveying a certain tract of land out of Marmion Colored
Addition. to Cora Lee Lewis in exchange for the sum of Five -Hundred and
No/100 ($500.00) Dollars, which said property was acquired by the City
of Beaumont and the South Park Independent School District.and Jefferson
County at a Sheriff's -Sale for delinquent taxes; and the City Clerk be,
and he is hereby, authorized to attest to same.and to affix the Seal of.
the City thereto.
