A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 1973, the City of Beaumont
recovered judgment.against DARRELL L. SNIDER, ET AL, in the sum of
SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND 78/100 ($650. 78) DOLLARS, plus interest thereon
at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum from the date thereof, together with
costs of Court, said judgment being in Cause No. A-96619, THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT vs. DARRELL L. SNIDER, ET AL, in the 58th District Court
of Jefferson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the entire amount of the judgment adjudged in favor of
the City of Beaumont, together with interest and costs has been tendered
and paid to the City, of Beaumont, and the City Council is of the opinion that
a release of the, said judgment and all liens acquired by virtue of said judgment
should be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF BEAUMONT;.
That the City Manager, be and he .is hereby authorized, for and in consideration
of the payment of said judgment, with interest and costs, to execute and deliver
an instrument to DARRELL L. SNIDER, ET AL, his heirs and assigns, re-
leasing any rights and interest acquired by the City'of Beaumont by virtue of
said above mentioned judgment; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
attest to said instrument and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.

WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 1973, Plaintiff,. the 'City of
Beaumont, recovered a judgment against DARRELL L. SNIDER, ET AL,
in the 58th District Court of Jefferson County, Texas, in Cause No. A-96619
for the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND 78/100 ($650.78) DOLLARS, with
interest thereon at the rate of six.(6%) percent per annum, together with all
costs therein,
WHEREAS, said judgment was filed for record in Volume 89; page
214 of the Jefferson County, Texas, Civil Minutes of said Court, and was
paid and satisfied in full on the 20th day of ''February, . 1975, to the Plaintiff,
the City of Beaumont.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
the City of Beaumont, the legal holders and owners of said judgment, in
consideration of the premises and of the full payment of said judgment,
interest and costs, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have this
day and do by these presents cancel, release and discharge unto the said
DARRELL L. SNIDER, his heirs and assigns, all the right, title, interest
and estate in and to said judgment and judgment lien which said City of Beaumont
has or may have herein, and do hereby declare said judgment fully paid and
satisfied and the judgment lien fully released and discharged to all intents
and purposes.
