BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract with the Spindletop Foundation, Inc. to conduct a horse show
at Fair Park on May 1, 2, 3, and 4, 1975, at the charge of One Hundred
Fifty and No/100 ($150.00) Dollars per day, and the City Clerk is here-
by authorized to attest to said contract and to affix the Seal of the
City thereto.
