R'ESOLUTI'ON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be authorized to make payment to
Work & Daniels Construction Company in the amount of One Hundred Nine-
teen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty -Two and 20/100 ($119,252.20) Dollars
as partial payment for Central Library CIP Project No. 11-B-02.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
